Right of withdrawal & return

We at PosterPlanet strive for you as a customer to always be satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, we offer a 14 day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in new condition, and returned in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and reimbursement of the item's value takes place after we have received and reviewed the product.

If you want to make a return, please contact our customer service, order@posterplanet.se for more information and help with handling your return. We will refund the money within 14 days of the return being received by us.

Please note that some products may be exempt from our return policy. This includes products that have been adapted to the customer's specific wishes or products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

RETURN

  • All orders from PosterPlanet come with a 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the date the products were received. If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before returning the product.

  • When you return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it. You may inspect but not use the product. If the product is damaged or has been lost due to negligence on your part, your right of return ceases.

  • When returning an item, you must return everything that was included in the original delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, packaging materials used or additional gifts associated with the product purchased.

  • Wrong adress - If you enter an address that is considered by the courier to be insufficient or incorrect, the delivery will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the loading costs once we have confirmed an updated address from you.

  • Not picked up - Shipments that are not picked up are sent back to us and your customer is responsible for the cost.
