How it works

  • You have 30 days to cancel your purchase , starting from the day you received your order.

  • You do not have to return the product within 30 days, but we do need to receive your return notification within that period .

  • Once we have received the item back and everything looks okay, we will refund the money within 30 days.

Important to consider

  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. You are of course allowed to look at it – but not use it.

  • Everything that came with the package (such as packaging or gifts) must be sent back.

  • If the product is used, damaged or not returned complete, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

Exceptions to returns

Some products cannot be returned:

  • Special orders (e.g. personalized posters)

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons

Incorrect address or packages not collected

  • If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address that causes the package to be sent back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for us to resend it.

  • If you do not collect your package on time and it is returned to us, the return cost will be deducted from your refund.
