🚚 Shipping

We pack and ship your order within 1–2 business days , regardless of which shipping method you choose.
Why it takes a while? We manually review each design to ensure the best possible quality.

  • We ship packages Monday to Friday , excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Example: If you order on a Monday, your package will be shipped Tuesday or Wednesday.

  • Delivery time is normally 2–4 working days .

📩 Unclaimed packages:
If you do not pick up your package from your delivery location, a fee of SEK 199 will be charged.
It covers our shipping costs and helps us keep prices reasonable for all customers.

🔁 Returns & Cancellations

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal , starting from the day you receive your order.
Do you want to return something? No problem – just get in touch before sending the item back.

📩 Return Policy

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as when you received it . You are of course allowed to look at it – but not use it.

  • If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, the right of return does not apply.

  • Everything that came with the delivery (packaging, bonus products, etc.) must be returned.

📭 Wrong address:
If the address is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned, you as the customer are responsible for the new shipping cost.

📩 Unclaimed packages:
If you do not pick up your package, it will be returned to us and you will be charged SEK 199 .

🚚 Shipping company

We send all packages with PostNord .
Delivery is normally within 2–4 working days from the time the order is sent.

Would you like to keep track of your package? Email us at order@posterplanet.se and we will send you your tracking number.
